RANDY QUARLES has represented financial institutions and other businesses in a wide range of litigation, including shareholder derivative actions, class actions and complex commercial disputes.  In addition to his law practice, he has served as an adjunct instructor and co-director of the Judicial Externship Program at The University of Alabama School of Law.  He is admitted to practice in Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee.  His experience includes trial and appellate practice in state and federal courts; arbitrations; financial services litigation; insurance defense; and commercial litigation.  Randy has received Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating of AV® Preeminent.
